Wellspring Team Leader

Doing work on projects and contracts as directed by the Program Supervisor. Leading the respective shifts and supervision of the individuals during that shift. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.

• Supervise shift operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and task completion.
• Perform routine upkeep and lawn/property maintenance for contracted locations.
• Monitor grounds for hazards and report safety concerns to the owner and Program Supervisor.
• Oversee work of community volunteers and work release individuals on assigned tasks.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and stored safely after each shift.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors throughout the shift.
• Support training and orientation for new workers, volunteers, or program participants.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior experience or training is required. Prior experience with supervision of shifts.
