Wellspring Worker

Doing work on projects and contracts as directed by the Program Supervisor. He/she works to ensure the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner.

• Perform routine lawn care, property upkeep, and general outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Remove snow and perform clean-up duties during and after weather events.
• Conduct regular lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping as required.
• Trim trees and shrubs safely using appropriate hand tools.
• Remove lawn debris, leaves, branches, and other yard waste as needed.
• Maintain walkways, driveways, and entrances for safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure proper function and safe use.

• Prior experience or training required.
