Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication to ensure efficient operation of the retail location.

Tasks

  • Handle emails and calls, directing them to the right department/person.
  • Keep files and databases confidentially organized.
  • Sort and distribute mail; receive deliveries.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders.
  • Scan and review invoices daily for accuracy.
  • Support Credit Dept. and reconcile payments.
  • Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable issues.

Qualifications / Education

  • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. Must possess a minimum of the following: High School Diploma. The qualified candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication habits, as well as meticulous organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
