Tactical Buyer

May be responsible to purchase machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, or services necessary for the operation of Niagara Cutter including purchasing raw or semi finished materials for manufacturing. Also may negotiate contracts when necessary and works with local and global teams.

• Implement and follow up on sourcing plans to support procurement strategies.
• Identify, prepare, and propose sourcing activities to meet business needs.
• Lead and manage sourcing projects from planning through execution.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers during onboarding to ensure quality and compliance.
• Create, negotiate, finalize, and implement supplier contracts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Computer proficiency
