Description

Responsible for the customer claims, gauge inserts, measurement equipment, and calibration. Internal and outside supplier quality. Ensures that the quality standards are followed throughout the facility and that measurement tools used are calibrated correctly.

Tasks

  • Validate customer claims and complete reports per local and global quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA staff to complete daily quality tasks on time and to high standards.
  • Report hazards, near misses, and injuries; support timely and thorough resolutions.
  • Create and update quality system documents using ISO best practices.
  • Partner with sales team to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
