Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory

Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory. Duties include verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material and arranging for the transportation of products. May prepare items for shipment.

• Receive and inspect shipments to verify order accuracy and condition.
• Order materials, supplies, or equipment as needed for operations.
• Coordinate movement and storage of materials to meet production schedules.
• Manage warehousing, delivery, and shop services to ensure timely material flow.
• Store raw materials, finished goods, and parts in proper locations.
• Package items for shipping in accordance with guidelines and standards.
• Record and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
