Pulling and Marking

Operate all machinery related to marking (etching), and cleaning line according to required controls and specifications. Material handling tasks, such dispatching of required blanks and materials to manufacturing orders. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.

• Assess machine movement, sounds, and gauges to detect potential equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to resolve setup problems.
• Interpret part drawings and item attributes; follow established routings.
• Perform in-process inspections per protocol and quality requirements.
• Use proper inspection tools to maintain product specifications.
• Ensure consistent product quality through visual and dimensional checks.
• Document findings and report issues to appropriate personnel or supervisor.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
• Career and Technology education preferred but not required
