Description

Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers.
Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations.
Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management.
Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, such as advertising or purchasing.
Plan plant layouts.
Tasks

- Guide, develop, and motivate team members; monitor performance and support professional growth.
- Analyze data and solve problems to improve processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate team efforts and workflow to ensure collaboration and task completion across shifts.
- Communicate clearly with staff and leadership to share updates, goals, and address concerns.
- Monitor production, resources, and materials to detect issues and maintain compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement by coaching teams, evaluating outcomes, and refining strategies.
Qualifications / Education
- Relevant University degree, leadership, and lean manufacturing
