Post Grinding Operator

Set up and prepare various departmental machinery in accordance with the Machinery Operating Instruction Manuals in order to meet all job requirements and specifications. Load/unload fixturings/packaging in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.

• Assess machine operations, sounds, and gauges to identify potential equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to resolve operational issues.
• Interpret drawings and attributes; follow routing instructions accurately.
• Perform inspections according to specified requirements and protocols.
• Use proper inspection tools to maintain product quality and specifications.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
• Career and Technology education preferred but not required
