Post Grinding Manager

Responsible for ensuring the performance and planning of manufacturing specifications and continuous improvement process in-order-to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

• Plan production schedules and workflows to set operation sequence and lead times.
• Expedite or adjust schedules to manage delays and unexpected changes; assist with estimating.
• Analyze capacity and requisitions to plan processes, resources, and prepare reports.
• Develop and improve methods and processes for manufacturing procedures.
• Apply Seco Production System as a foundation for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and monitor workflows throughout manufacturing operations.
• Build and lead a CI structure and committee with key team members.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
• Demonstrated leadership and teambuilding skills
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Data analytic skills and experience
• Detailed oriented
• Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CAD and System Applications and Products (SAP) software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
