Maintenance Technician

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Handle basic machinist tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Use mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required.
• Trade school OR 5 years related experience preferred.
• Mathematic skills including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry preferred, not required
• Critical thinking skills – Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS)
• Must be able to obtain certifications to use hoists, hand trucks, conveyors, and lifts.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
