Description
Develop, manage, coordinate and execute a variety of HR processes, programs and activities in the area of responsibility, so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Tasks
- Ensure local HR support and process execution align with laws, standards, and initiatives.
- Contribute to global, functional, or country HR teams to align efforts and share synergies.
- Support development and execution of local strategic and operational business plans.
- Provide HR expertise to help achieve strategic business objectives.
