Description

As part of the management team, the Engineering, Maintenance, and Technology Manager is ultimately responsible for the unit engineers, maintenance personnel, and plant technology and their project plans and designs, budgets, and completion.

Tasks

  • Partner with managers on project planning, budgeting, and successful project completion.
  • Manage staff and projects to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
  • Apply expert knowledge to resolve complex tech or process-related issues.
  • Lead team in developing new products, solutions, and process improvements.
  • Improve efficiency and sustainability to reduce waste in design and operations.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
  • Demonstrated leadership and teambuilding skills
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Data analytic skills and experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CAD and System Applications and Products (SAP) software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
