Coating Operator

Set up and prepare the coating machinery and chambers in accordance with the Machinery Operating Instruction Manuals in order to meet all job requirements and specifications. Load carousels in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning off all equipment. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.

• Load substrates from cleaning baskets to fixtures; inspect substrates for cleanliness.
• Load carousel following Operating Instructions and job specifications.
• Adjust and check flickers; operate loading platform and tables correctly.
• Load and unload carousel from the chamber as required.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
• Career and Technology education preferred but not required
