Description
Set up and adjust machinery to meet job requirements/specifications. Support CNC Operators for production related and tolerance issues.
Tasks
- Assess machine operations, gauges, and functions to detect potential equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot tooling; adjust tools and programs to fix setup issues; know all required tooling.
- Interpret part drawings and item attributes accurately.
- Follow routings to support internal customer needs.
- Inspect first tool; inspect additional tools only as needed.
Qualifications / Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
- Career and Technology education preferred but not required
