CNC Set-Up Operator - Technical Lead

Set up and adjust machinery to meet job requirements/specifications. Support CNC Operators for production related and tolerance issues.

• Assess machine movement, gauges, and functions to identify potential equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot tooling; adjust tools and modify programs to resolve setup problems.
• Interpret part drawings and item attributes accurately.
• Follow routings to provide service to internal customers.
• Inspect first tool; inspect additional tools as needed.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
• Career and Technology education preferred but not required
