Blank Prep Operator

Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.

• Set up and adjust Blank Prep Machinery to meet job specs and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to resolve setup issues.
• Interpret drawings or attributes and follow job routings.
• Perform in-process inspections per requirements and protocol.
• Use proper inspection tools to maintain product specifications.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required
• Career and Technology education preferred but not required
