Area Manager - Flow C

Position spends 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing. Executes production plans and schedules, assigning and directing work. Address complaints and resolve problems and issues with the help of the Production Manager.

• Ensure routine operator maintenance is performed as scheduled.
• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues when needed.
• Actively participate in quality investigations and follow-ups.
• Support improvement efforts with the continuous improvement team.
• Review audits for quality, maintenance, and other initiative requirements.

• 5+ years experience in a CNC operator role.
• Management experience a plus but not required
