Area Manager - Flow B

Position spends 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing. Executes production plans and schedules, assigning and directing work. Address complaints and resolve problems and issues with the help of the Production Manager.

• Ensure operators complete routine maintenance tasks as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues when necessary.
• Participate actively in quality investigations and resolutions.
• Identify improvement areas and collaborate with continuous improvement team.
• Review audits for quality, maintenance, and other required initiatives.

• 5+ years experience in a CNC operator role.
• Management experience a plus but not required
