Area Manager - Flow A

Responsible to execute production plans and schedules, assign and direct work. Address complaints and resolve problem and issue with the help of the Production Manager. Ensure route operator maintenance is being conducted. This position will spend 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing.

• Review audits for quality, maintenance, and other established initiatives.
• Lead and support LiFE2 meetings and help implement top contributions.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and shifts.
• Provide leadership support when the Production Manager is absent.
• Assist Production Manager in developing and growing employee skills.

• 5+ years experience in a CNC operator role.
• Management experience a plus but not required
