Controller

Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting and other financial staff, recommending and implementing personnel actions, such as promotions and dismissals.

• Analyze past, present, and projected financials to find growth areas and improvement needs.
• Conduct or coordinate audits to ensure compliance with state and federal financial regulations.
• Advise management on financial goals, policies, and both short- and long-term strategies.
• Support production by identifying improvements, calculating costs/savings, and building cases.
• Stay current on policies, procedures, and federal/state directives and accounting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
