Description
As part of the Engineer team, this position is ultimately responsible for troubleshooting new and existing product issues as well as identifying opportunities for process improvements. This position acts as the technical expert supporting manufacturing.
Tasks
- Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.
- Identify or implement improvements in manufacturing to reduce costs or enhance product quality.
- Apply knowledge of fabrication, tooling, assembly, QC standards, design, materials, and equipment.
- Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
- Incorporate new manufacturing methods or processes to improve existing operations.
- Review product designs for manufacturability or completeness.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
