Description

Responsible for the overall management of the Agency’s facility-based 2390 Community Participation Supports Program.

Tasks

  • Coordinate production schedules, inventory, billing, and project management functions.
  • Supervise DSPs, Production Workers, and Custodians, supporting growth and performance.
  • Support staffing efficiency across production, custodial, and small group employment.
  • Communicate with business partners to maintain contracts and address logistics.
  • Instruct staff on production safety, quality standards, and custodial support duties.
  • Serve on the Safety Committee and act as First Aid/CPR trainer for the agency.
  • Promote employment integration and assist Work Center operations as needed.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, marketing, business or related field with five years of experience preferred; minimally a high school diploma or equivalent and five years’ experience in industry.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of all generally accepted industrial operations and regulations pertaining to all production services provided by the Agency, especially those that relate to sub-minimum wages.
  • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Personal qualifications include the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, deal with changing priorities, attention to detail, leadership, supervisor/management abilities and the ability to work in a team environment with all levels of the organizations.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
