Entry Level Production Operator

Our Production Operators work Monday – Friday, 8 hour set shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a) – you don't rotate. We are looking for candidates with flexibility that can work all 3 shifts; as 1st shift is not promised. We work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions in a noisy industrial environment.

• Follow all plant safety, environmental rules, and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Achieve or exceed production efficiency and product quality goals set by the facility and company.
• Perform housekeeping to keep machinery functional, reduce hazards, and maintain a clean plant.
• Help operate equipment and cover for other operators during breaks or when they are absent.
• Perform tasks like lifting 50 lbs., walking, climbing, stooping, and standing for long periods.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions
