Description
Responsible for the management of an assigned caseload of clientele for initial and ongoing assessments, individual and group therapy, utilizing specialized therapeutic techniques and models that may require certifications, and assisting in the consultation and training of therapeutic staff.
Tasks
- Document key information and data promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and complete assessments within required timeframes.
- Ensure materials are ready for evaluations and training sessions.
- Participate in treatment planning and attend meetings as needed.
- Complete assessments and orders within 10 workdays of a child's admission.
Qualifications / Education
- Masterās Degree in a psychology or social work related field
- Licensed in psychology or social work (LPC or LCSW) is required
- Prior experience utilizing assessment tools, scoring and analyzing assessment tools, and writing assessments is required
- Experience utilizing the DSM diagnostic methodology and ability to complete written orders for community-based programs is required
