Description
Responsible for providing psychiatric services and oversight of all psychiatric services within the company.
Tasks
- Provide clinical oversight to psychiatrists and mid-levels per established practice standards.
- Serve on the admin team to ensure compliance with psychiatric policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model in psychiatric care, patient-centered practice, and patient advocacy.
- Consult with clinical staff as needed regarding active patient care.
Qualifications / Education
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the state of Pennsylvania, having completed a fully accredited residency in psychiatry
- Five years of relevant clinical experience working in a community system of psychiatric care
