Description
Responsible for the clinical operation of DBHW's Deerfield Centers' for Addictions Treatment located in Warren, Tionesta, and Marienville while maintaining the program's financial viability through sound policy and procedure administration.
Tasks
- Ensure clinical staff follow DBH policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure staff complete annual mandatory training per managed care and PA DDAP guidelines.
- Ensure all staff uphold patient privacy per 42 CFR confidentiality requirements.
- Oversee hiring, supervision, discipline, scheduling, and staff performance management.
- Work with Director to resolve issues affecting DCAT’s clinical goals and service delivery.
Qualifications / Education
- Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration, business management or other related field to include accounting, actuarial science, administration of justice, advertising, anthropology, audiology, art therapy, clinical pastoral counselling, communications, community advocacy, community counselling, counselor education criminal justice, criminology, dance therapy, divinity, education, family mediation, family relations, finance, gerontology, health administration, health care administration, health/ human services, human behavior, human communication studies, human development, human resources, health care management, human services administration, individual/family studies, juvenile justice, law/pre-law, long term care, management, marketing, music therapy, nutrition, organizational development, organizational leadership, pastoral ministries/studies, physical therapy, rehabilitative counseling, religion, project management, public relations, public health, rehabilitative services, social administration, social policy, sociology, special education, theology related degrees, vocational counselling and 2 years of experience in a human service agency with one year in a drug and alcohol setting, which includes supervision of others, direct service and program planning

- Effective July 1st 2021 any newly hired Facility Director acting as Clinical Supervisor must have a clinical license through the Department of State or be certified as a Certified Clinical Supervisor through Pennsylvania Certification Board
- Existing Facility Director/Clinical Supervisor will not be required to become licensed/certified as long as they remain with current employer.
