Executive Director-DBW

Responsible for the oversight of DBHW to provide ensure that psychiatric and psychological resources are available to meet the needs of JHS affiliated companies as well as organizations that contract for these services from DBHW. Additionally, the Executive Director of Deerfield Behavioral health of Warren is responsible for the oversight of the services offered directly by DBHW that are directed by the Physician practice Manager & Director of Deerfield Center for Addiction Treatment.

• Manage daily operations of Deerfield Behavioral Health of Warren, LLC.
• Oversee contract work with JHS affiliates and external partners purchasing DBH services.
• Lead clinical recruitment to ensure adequate staffing for affiliated and external partners.
• Work with Exec Directors and stakeholders to assess short/long-term clinical resource needs.
• Collaborate with JHS executives to achieve company goals, objectives, and mission.

• Master's degree in a related field
• Five years management experience in behavioral health Or a comparable degree and experience
