Description
Responsible for carrying out the mission and implementing the strategic plan of the organization.
Tasks
- Responsible for coordinating the activities of the healthcare staff, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure facility complies with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding healthcare services.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the facility.
- Oversee the development of individual care plans for residents.
Qualifications / Education
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administratorās license, proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills, demonstrated management and supervisory skills. Advanced training in long-term care administration and minimum five (5) years experience in related long-term nursing care administration positions.
