Description
Prepares annual operating budget in conjunction with department directors; conducts periodic meetings with department directors to monitor department expenditures; analyzes budget variances and establishes goals for cost containment with departments; reviews, updates and submits budgets annually.
Tasks
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the nursing home.
- Generate regular financial reports to provide insights into the nursing home's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with feder, state, and local regulations related to financial practices in healthcare.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated management and supervisory skills.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in related positions.
