Maintenance

Performs routine maintenance and repair work including plumbing repairs, carpentry, flooring, painting, refinishing, repair of heating and air conditioning units, changing light bulbs, lubricating motors, changing circulation pumps, and cleaning and oiling.

• Routine inspections and repairs of facility.
• Perform safety and compliance checks regularly.
• Grounds maintenance; including landscaping, snow removal, and ensuring walkways are clear of hazards.
• Equipment maintenance.
• Coordination with staff and residents.

• Moderate reading, writing and mathematical skills at the level normally acquired through the completion of high school
• Previous maintenance services experience in a health care facility preferred
