Resident Aide Supervisor

Responsible for assisting Wellness Coordinator and Manager with planning, implementing and supervising resident care.

• Supervise resident aides at the Personal Care level to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Communicate any discipline issues promptly to Manager or Wellness Coordinator.
• Schedule resident aides and delegate responsibilities under Manager’s supervision.
• Ensure residents receive prescribed treatments, medications, and diets per regulations.

• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to perform expected responsibility. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff and families.
