Perform various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring or the personal needs and comfort of residents under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse.

• Follows all facility policies; treats resident information with confidentiality and respect.
• Reports to Charge Nurse, observes residents, and communicates condition changes.
• Keeps resident rooms neat; labels and bags personal care items as needed.
• Provides fresh water each shift and transports residents throughout the facility.
• Uses proper body mechanics; assists with bathing equipment and hygiene needs.
• Changes bed linens, handles soiled laundry, and distributes clean laundry.
• Directs visitors and ensures residents' comfort and safety at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or verification of active pursuit of its equivalent is required.
• Sufficient education in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved
