Entry Level Production Operator

Our Production Operators work Monday – Friday, 8 hour set shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a) – you don't rotate. We are looking for candidates with flexibility that can work all 3 shifts; as 1st shift is not promised. We work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions in a noisy industrial environment.

• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Meet or exceed facility and company goals for production efficiency and product quality.
• Perform heavy-duty housekeeping to maintain machinery functionality, reduce hazards, and ensure the plant is clean and organized.
• Assist in operating production equipment and provide coverage for other operators during breaks or absences.
• Perform physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, climbing (stairs and ladders), stooping, standing, and reaching, often for extended periods (up to 12 hours).

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions
