Description

The Operations Manager shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs and staff. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Executive Director and the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.

Tasks

  • Ensuring that all admission intake paperwork is documented correctly, signed and filed in a timely manner. Preparing the initial social skills assessment and service plan and updates at least annually. Securing day placement for individuals as appropriate.
  • Establishing/Coordinating discharge plans for the individuals and reviewing them quarterly. 156) Providing/Coordinating follow-up services for discharged individuals.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university is required. Two (2) years work experience working directly with persons with disabilities is required.
