Description
Responsible for management and oversight of the Fairweather Lodge (FWL) program and operation of WellSpring Home & Garden company.
Tasks
- The documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner. Direct supervision and management of the employees within the program. Enforcement of fidelity standards and principles that govern FWL. Oversight and facilitation of intakes. Coordination of resources.
Qualifications / Education
- High School diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field. Experience in retail industry/management required.
