Wellspring Team Leader

Doing work on projects and contracts as directed by the Program Supervisor. Leading the respective shifts and supervision of the individuals during that shift. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.

• Supervision of the shift Routine responsibilities, upkeep and maintenance of lawns and properties under contract Being aware of safety at all times by monitoring property grounds for potential hazards and bringing them to the attention of the owner and Program Supervisor. Overseeing community volunteers and work release program individuals.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prior experience or training is required. Prior experience with supervision of shifts.
