Lead Activities Associate

Provides a comprehensive activity program to residents of the Skilled Nursing Unit. Responsible for planning, implementation and guidance of activity programs and department operations

• Plan, develop, and oversee recreational programs for residents.
• Lead and coordinate activity staff to ensure engagement.
• Adapt activities to meet residents’ individual needs and abilities.
• Monitor participation and document resident responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support resident well-being.
• Organize special events and community involvement initiatives.

• Act 34, OAPSA, Associates degree required, Healthcare studies preferred.
• 1 year of experience required.
