Activities Assistant

Assists with the preparation and implementation of a therapeutic and recreational activity program in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and internal established policies and procedures.

• Plan and lead recreational activities for residents.
• Encourage social engagement and participation.
• Assist with setting up and organizing activity events.
• Monitor and document resident involvement and feedback.
• Adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
• Support residents in maintaining a positive quality of life.

• Act 34, OAPSA, High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years experience working in a health care setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
