Licensed Practical Nurse II (LPN II)

Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.

• Perform advanced patient care under RN or physician supervision.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist with complex wound care, IV therapy, and procedures.
• Document patient conditions and update care plans accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
• Mentor junior LPNs and support team collaboration.

• PA LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Two years of LPN experience
