Quality Technician

Responsible for the customer claims, gauge inserts, measurement equipment, and calibration. Internal and outside supplier quality. Ensures that the quality standards are followed throughout the facility and that measurement tools used are calibrated correctly.

• Validation of customer claims and reporting
• Supports and collaborates with other QA staff to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time with a high level of quality.
• Report and support resolution of hazards, near misses and injuries
• Create and update management system documents ensuring best practices used.
• Support and collaborate with sales team to resolve customer issues

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
