Description

Present proposals to the customer, communicate all contractual aspects of the project, execute the customer contract and relay project to PM. Drives revenue growth by leading sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in sectors in commercial, or industrial construction. They develop strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and often use software to track performance, ensuring project proposals are accurate and profitable.

Tasks

  • Business Development: Generate leads, identify potential clients, and expand market presence through networking and bidding on new projects.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets and increase profitability.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor sales representatives, setting performance goals and tracking progress.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices, project scope, and contract terms, ensuring proposals align with company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project management teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze competitors and market trends to adjust pricing and service offerings. 




Qualifications / Education

  • Degree in construction management. 5 years of construction or sales related field. Technical knowledge and/or experience in construction industry.
