Description
Develop, manage, coordinate and execute a variety of HR processes, programs and activities in the area of responsibility, so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.
Tasks
- Ensure that the local unit is well supported, country specific HR initiatives are implemented effectively and that the execution of HR processes, programs and activities are compliant with national regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Participate in and contribute to global, functional and/or country HR teams to ensure effective and efficient alignment and maximizing synergies in the HR function and cross border cases.
- Contribute to the development of local strategic, tactical and operational business plans and the implementation of the business strategy in the unit.
- Provide HR expertise to support the realization of the strategic business goals.
- Act as role model in line with the core values and Sandvik Leadership model.
Qualifications / Education
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.
