Engineering, Maintenance, & Technology Manager

As part of the management team, the Engineering, Maintenance, and Technology Manager is ultimately responsible for the unit engineers, maintenance personnel, and plant technology and their project plans and designs, budgets, and completion.

• Partners with other managers for projects, budget, and completion of projects
• Manages personnel and projects to ensure completion in a timely manner and within budget
• Uses expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes to resolve complex issues.
• Leads team in the development of new products, solutions, and processes
• Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product design, in-order-to reduce waste

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
• Demonstrated leadership and teambuilding skills
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Data analytic skills and experience
• Detailed oriented
• Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges
• Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CAD and System Applications and Products (SAP) software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
