Description

As part of the Engineer team, this position is ultimately responsible for reading, interpreting blueprints, drawings, schematics, or data. Installs, repairs, or resolves equipment or process issues. This position acts as a technical expert supporting manufacturing.

Tasks

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
  • Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
  • Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
  • Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
