Responsible for all aspects related to clinical and operational oversight of the residential program.

The documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner. Direct supervision and management of the employees within the program. Managing an assigned caseload, to ensure that individual clients have access to the appropriate services, as their needs change, in an integrated and coordinated way.
Ensuring that Master Treatment Plans and Reviews are completed in a timely manner.
Meeting with the consulting physicians to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

Master's degree in counseling or related field required. Two years experience in a supervisory position within a related field. Must hold a clinical license such as Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), National Certified Counselor (NCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) and/or a certification in ABA or FBA.
