Therapist

Responsible for the management of an assigned caseload of clientele for individual, family and group therapy. This will be done as a member of, and in coordination with the Residential Treatment Team.

• Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicating necessary information to other employees.
• Working as a member of a team includes being supportive and friendly to employees, treating others with respect, keeping personal problems away from work, splitting duties equally amongst co-workers, assisting coworkers when requested and welcoming new employees, giving them extra support and encouragement. Attending and completing scheduled required annual training. Following through on directives given to him/her by their supervisor or by other designated administrative leaders within the agency.

• Master's degree in a human service related field license eligible preferred, (Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), National Certified Counselor (NCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)).
