Description
Responsible for the management of the respective shift and the supervision of the individuals within that unit during that shift by performing the following duties.
Tasks
- Reporting to work in a timely manner when scheduled.
- Supervision of the individuals.
- Providing an appropriate role model for employees and the individuals they serve in appearance, actions, manner of speech, etc.
- Utilizing Positive Behavior Supports.
- Scheduling, attending, and completing required annual training.
Qualifications / Education
- Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours with two years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor's' Degree Preference is given to those with one year of experience Preference is given to degrees in a Human Service related field.
