Description
Responsible for the oversight of all components of the agencies residential and shelter care services.
Tasks
- Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner
- Working with government representatives during licensing visits.
- Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department. Keeping the Executive Director and fellow Beacon Light Behavioral Health System's Management members informed of issues and concerns related to his/her department or the agency.
- Being aware of the Agency's operating budget.
Qualifications / Education
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field required. Three years of management experience.
