Responsible for the overall operation of the Mobile Medication Teams.

Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
Completing initial nursing assessments and ongoing assessment required in the implementation of client care. Developing comprehensive treatment plans for those served to address physical and behavioral health needs using recovery tools and principles.
Addressing physical health care needs of clients and, in consultation with the program psychiatrist, taking necessary action to resolve identified needs, including appropriate referrals to primary care.
Administering IM medications as prescribed for specified clients following scope of nursing practice standards.
Developing, supervising and reviewing clients' progress in self administration of medication; consulting with the psychiatrist and treatment team to develop transition plans to traditional services as clients complete treatment objectives.

Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License.
Minimum of three years nursing experience, with a minimum of one year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults strongly preferred.
